"Had an absolutley wonderful experience today with my step daughter and her mum. We all learnt so much and really opened the discussion around periods with our soon to be young woman. Amazing opportunity and a fantastic workshop."

"Milina the workshop was absolutely amazing and completely exceeded my expectations!! I wasn't sure if my daughter would find it awkward and uncomfortable but she really enjoyed it, and said she learned more than she did at the school talk. AND it was less embarrassing than the school one. We both really enjoyed spending this sacred precious time together, and I know she felt very loved having this day with me <3 Thank you so much!"

I just wanted to say thank you to Milina for bringing this amazing workshop to the surface for our daughters. My daughter absolutely loved the workshop and the small group she was part of. She learnt so much and it has opened up a million conversations with her and I since we went to it. She has read 2 of the books already that were recommended and is going back for second reads until I find her more. With her, I have noticed that she needs to do her own research and have her own experience and then she will come to me for questions later rather than me sitting down with her with a book and reading about puberty and the birds and the bees so in this instance leaving her for the morning in the workshop and joining later worked a treat. This has been a great eye opener to work out her way of learning. Before it was just a big embarrassment and now it is just a normal topic of conversation when she has something on her mind.
