WHO IS THIS FOR?
If you’re in your 40’s you’re likely starting to feel the shifts of peri-menopause happening, whether that be on a physical, mental or spiritual level, it could even be that feeling of not feeling like yourself anymore, this is for you.
This will be a deep dive inward, taking full responsibility for our own well-being – body, mind and spirit. I won’t be there to fix anything, but rather help align you through what is the most transformative time in a woman’s life – that of menopause.
Why do it in your 40’s you may ask? We want to be on the front foot through this transition, stepping into our fully aligned selves with acceptance. Plus, peri-menopause can start as young as 35.
Even though we may still be a few years off our menopause, now is the time to prepare ourselves holistically for who are about to become.
